The internal workings of the Radio Broadcaster are similar to the Home Broadcaster.
A jar file (Feb14a.jar and the html file Feb15R.htm) are placed into your root folder. The Radio Broadcaster and the
Radio Broadcaster INI will be installed in the program folder during initial installation. You will need to change the IP address
from the current 127.0.0.1 to your own personal IP.
No other changes are needed.
The JAR file MUST be in the root of your web server. When initially installed, the jar file
will be placed in your program folder. You will need to copy and paste it into your root folder.
The HTML can be on a remote site or in the same root folder. When you begin to broadcast, always choose
a 16 bit mono audio codec. See the notes in this help section on settings for the Home Broadcaster. The sound settings
and requirements are the same on both of these units.
The sound source must come in from the LINE IN jack on your sound card.
To access your page from the net, type in your IP followed by the file name, for example:
htp://123.456.78.9/Feb15R.htm. Once you can hear the sound, you know it is set up properly. To place sound on any of your
pages, just copy the applet text and paste it into a HTML. Whenever that URL is opened in a browser, the audio
will instantly begin.
The image on this help page is here only for purposes of showing the IP address. The settings within this
particular code are NOT settings for the Radio Broadcaster. Do not make any changes to your Radio Broadcaster
HTML code, except for the IP address. If you have any questions, contact tech support.
