HealthWatch saves all data in a MS Access database. It also provides data management functionalities, such as export, delete, sort, and filter. You can also use tools provided by MS Access to manage data and create reports.
If you want to export the listed data, click the right
button in your mouse, then select corresponding commands from the context menu.
If
you want to export data of a person or all data into a Excel workbook file,
select “Tool->Export” menu from the main menu bar, then select the target
file and click on the “Export” button. If HealthWatch exports data
successfully, it will open the target file automatically. The Excel file
contains the following fields:
First name
Last name
Gender – male = 1; female = 0
Race
Birthday
Smoker – yes = 1; no = 0
Treatment for Hypertension – yes = 1; no = 0
Test Date
Height - Unit: cm, Default value = 0
Height Z-code-for-age – Default value = -10
Weight – Unit: kg, Default value = 0
Weight Z-code-for-age – Default value = -10
Weight Z-code-for-height – Default value = -10
BMI – body mass index
BMI Z-code-for-age – Default value = -10
Obesity – Underweight, Normal, Overweight , etc.
Systolic BP - mmHg
Systolic BP Percentile
Diastolic BP - mmHg
Diastolic BP Percentile
Head circumference - Unit: cm, Default value = 0
HC Z-code-for-age – Default value = -10
Fasting blood triglycerides – Unit: mg/dL, Default
value = 0
Blood HDL cholesterol – Unit: mg/dL, Default value = 0
Fasting glucose – Unit: mg/dL, Default value = 0
Total cholesterol – Unit: mg/dL, Default value = 0
Metabolic syndrome components – 0 - 5

To
import mass data from a Excel file, select "Tool->Import" menu
from the main menu bar. After select the file from the "Open file"
dialog, define the format for your file in the "Import data" dialog
as shown below:
Data source: You can select
different sheet from your Excel file
Field index: You must map data
with its source in the Excel file. For example,
First name: 5 – indicates that
column 5 in the Excel table contains “First name” data.
Height: 2 – means that column
2 in the Excel table contains “Height” data.
Note:
HealthWatch treats that the units of Weight and Height data from Excel file are
as defined in the “Program Options”.
