The Round Robin Scheduler is a powerful program that helps you quickly create round-robin schedules for your sports league. All you have to do is enter your league, team, and field information, select the available times to play, and the program will take care of the rest. The Round Robin Scheduler can handle as many teams and fields you have, multi-division leagues, cross division games, and much more. You have an unlimited amount of freedom selecting available times for fields, leagues, teams and fields.

To install the Round Robin Scheduler, download the self-extracting, self-installing file from our web site at http://www.galactix.com/ . Save the file to your download directory (or wherever you want), and double-click the rrssetup.exe file. Follow the directions on screen to install the software.
If you would like to receive e-mail updates when new versions or modules of the Round Robin Scheduler become available, you can fill out the form on our web site at http://www.galactix.com/, or send a message to rrsupdates@galactix.com with the word SUBSCRIBE in the subject. You don't need to join the e-mail list to find out if a new version is available - the Round Robin Scheduler has a version checking feature built into it. To see if you have the latest version, select the 'Check Version' option on the Tools menu or visit the update web page at http://www.galactix.com/products/rrs40/update.htm.
There are many new and updated features in this version of the Round Robin Scheduler.
New to RRS 4.0
- Import teams, contacts, fields, leagues, officials, and other data from your database in CSV (comma-delimited files) or XML format. Also, you can import and merge existing RRS & TSSS project files.
- Team game start times are now balanced so one team doesn't get stuck with all late games.
- Support for coaches with two teams - the teams won't be scheduled at the same time.
- Game status icons are displayed in all game lists so you can quickly see if any games have any issues.
- The new Find Available Time tool can help you quickly find game times when rescheduling or adding a new game.
- Simple networking support has been added (similar to MS Office) so you know if somebody else is modifying the project.
- Concurrent licensing.
Other Improved Features
- New and improved scheduling algorithm.
- Standings support has been greatly improved and now calculates points (total points, for & against, and differential), overtime losses, forfeits, games behind, and rank. Also, a number of tie breaker methods can now be chosen.
- Improved Game Set creation - you can now edit and label existing game sets, plus the pairing algorithm has been improved to always generate balanced home/away matchups.
- Improved Contact management - now you can quickly see which teams a contact or sponsor is associated with.
- Lots of UI enhancements including customizable column display & ordering, locking a set of games so they won't be rescheduled, swapping game times between two events, and bigger screens.
- The Add Start Time dialog has been improved so you can add lots of start times without have to open and close the dialog. Also, you can specify the time increments and the hour range for times in the selection box.
- Much, much more!

To uninstall the Round Robin Scheduler, open up the Control Panel, open Add/Remove Programs, select the entry for the Round Robin Scheduler and click the Change/Remove button. Follow the prompts to uninstall the program. Make sure the Round Robin Scheduler isn't running before trying to uninstall.
