When a connection was established successfully the "Public Chat Room" is shown.

The "Public Chat Room" includes a list of all users connected with the server (1). In this list you can select one or more users. With a "right-click" you'll get a list of the commands / actions that you can do on them. These actions / commands are also available via the tool bar (3). In the chat-window (2) you see what others write. To send a message to the other users fill it in the text field (4) and hit <Enter>. The "Public Chat Room" is visible for you as long as you are connected to a server. When you close it the connection will be cut.
