Services
Although installation, usage problems, users feedback and so on can
always be reported to SW WINGS, because of the amount of inputs we
receive, there is no guarantee they will get a quick reaction,
answer.
To provide the Security Filter users a proper and time effective on line support
SW WINGS offers the following two services:
- EFR - E-mail(s) with Fast Response:
users can send, for a given period of times, e-mails which will receive
a proper answer in a very short amount of time. The answers will not be
generic, but tailored to the users needs.
- TA - Tele Administration: users may ask
SW WINGS to install the Security Filter and/or solve some particular
problems directly on their machine, via a "telnet" session. Depending on
the problem, it may be required to access the remote system with "super
user" (i.e. root) rights. No actual intervention will be performed prior
to having received confirmation from the users. The TA service includes
the EFR one.
NOTE: the Online Support is only available to
registered users.

SW WINGS will start to process the users
requests right after having received the order via e-mail.
Payment can be performed in two ways:
- by transferring the proper amount to the following

- by sending a check directly to A. Scarpari (SW WINGS). Only
bank checks should be used! Foreign private checks cannot be
cashed.
If the transfer is used, the transaction documentation must contain
enough information to allow SW WINGS to identify who did the payment
(i.e. at least the name).
