Tool which allows the user to present survey or questionnaire items to respondents on a computer and measures both their item responses and the reaction time to each item. Presentation screen includes an item, a cue, a set of response alternatives and response buttons. A locked control panel allows for adjustment of item list, response alternatives, cue, creation of a new data file, and code to open the control panel.
