This file is the master index of all the documentation included in this package. For additional information about Tix, please visit the Tix Home Page at http://tix.sourceforge.net or join the mailing lists there. (Note that http://www.xpi.com http://tix.mne.com mentioned in earlier releases of Tix no longer exists).

The documentation in this package is available in both HTML and plain text formats.

docs/ET.txt Documentation about Embedded TK (ET) by Richard Hipp. ET provides an easy way to compile your Tcl script and C source code into a single executable binary.

Versions of Tcl/Tk prior to 8.0 are no longer supported. Files relating to Tcl 4.1/Tk 7.6/Itcl2.2 are gathered in the file old4176.zip. They may still work with some minor makefile changes, but it is not supported.

This release may work with 8.3, but it is not yet supported. To contribute patches, see http://tix.sourceforge.net.
