The Team Sports Scheduling System (TSSS) is a powerful program that helps you quickly create schedules for your sports league. All you have to do is enter your league, team, and field information, select the available times to play, and TSSS will take care of the rest. TSSS can handle as many teams and fields you have, multi-division leagues, cross division games, and much more. You have an unlimited amount of freedom selecting available times for fields, leagues, teams and officials. Plus, you can generate round-robin, practice, official, and tournament schedules for all your sports leagues. The Team Sports Scheduling System is a complete league scheduling solution.

To install the Team Sports Scheduling System, download the self-extracting, self-installing file from our web site at http://www.galactix.com/ . Save the file to your download directory (or wherever you want), and double-click the tsssetup.exe file. Follow the directions on screen to install the software.
If you would like to receive e-mail updates when new versions or modules of the Team Sports Scheduling System become available, you can fill out the form on our web site at http://www.galactix.com/, or send a message to tsssupdates@galactix.com with the word SUBSCRIBE in the subject. You don't need to join the e-mail list to find out if a new version is available - the Team Sports Scheduling System has a version checking feature built into it. To see if you have the latest version, select the 'Check Version' option on the Register menu or visit the update web page at http://www.galactix.com/products/tsss40/update.htm.
There are many new features in this version of the Team Sports Scheduling System. Some of the most requested feature additions are listed below.
New to TSSS 4.0
- Import teams, contacts, fields, leagues, officials, and other data from your database in CSV (comma-delimited files) or XML format. Also, you can import and merge existing TSSS project files.
- Team game start times are now balanced so one team doesn't get stuck with all late games.
- Support for coaches with two teams - the teams won't be scheduled at the same time.
- Officials won't be scheduled when their kid's teams are playing (so they can watch their kids play).
- Game status icons are displayed in all game lists so you can quickly see if any games have any issues.
- Team seeding is now supported for tournament bracket schedules.
- Save the tournament bracket graphic as a GIF or JPG file.
- The new Find Available Time tool can help you quickly find game times when rescheduling or adding a new game.
- Simple networking support has been added (similar to MS Office) so you know if somebody else is modifying the project.
- Concurrent licensing.
Other Improved Features
- New and improved scheduling algorithm. You can now choose the schedule the officials independently of scheduling the season games.
- Standings support has been greatly improved and now calculates points (total points, for & against, and differential), overtime losses, forfeits, games behind, and rank. Also, a number of tie breaker methods can now be chosen.
- Improved Game Set creation - you can now edit and label existing game sets, plus the pairing algorithm has been improved to always generate balanced home/away matchups.
- Improved web site creation. You can now choose among different color styles as well as different web site formats.
- Improved Contact management - now you can quickly see which teams a contact or sponsor is associated with.
- Lots of UI enhancements including customizable column display & ordering, locking a set of games so they won't be rescheduled, swapping game times between two events, and bigger screens.
- The Add Start Time dialog has been improved so you can add lots of start times without have to open and close the dialog. Also, you can specify the time increments and the hour range for times in the selection box.
- Standardized the look of custom reports to reflect the current color scheme of the web site.
- Added a new Calendar Report to the custom reports section.
- Much, much more!

To uninstall the Team Sports Scheduling System, open up the Control Panel, open Add/Remove Programs, select the entry for the Team Sports Scheduling System and click the Change/Remove button. Follow the prompts to uninstall the program. Make sure TSSS isn't running before trying to uninstall.
