Ok, that's the standard theme screenshot with a couple of Gnome apps running. The window manager is the excellent Sawmill. Sawmill is released about once a week (no joke) so this version is considered ancient at nearly 5 weeks old.
Next, the "Grey" theme. It gives a not-so-ugly alternative (no offense to the author) to the Redmond95 standard Gtk theme.
There is also a "Plain" theme, which uses basically the standard Gtk colours, although the engine makes it look very different.
That's all for now, but I'm working on a "Themelets" system to let you mix and match theme components. For example, you can use the ThinIce engine along with the Gnome-Look colours, and customised buttons, scrollbars, tooltips etc. The theming already works, but I still need to write the configuration utility. Currently supported are the engines from ThinIce, Gnome-Look, Redmond95, standard Gtk, Notif, Buffy, Metal. I will be adding more themelet components over the next month or so (Jan 2000) as I work on the configuration utility. Watch this space!
